Overview: Progress work is represented by the metaphor of "fire". Fire is dynamic, creative, productive and powerful. So too is the work we do that breaks new ground, innovates, experiments and takes us forward.
This course shows the steps we need to take when we decide to spend time on creative tasks. They range from purposes to goals to objectives to to-do lists.
As one of the four time zones, we should aim to spend up to a quarter of our time each day on progress work. |
