| Overview: It is a sad fact that traditional models of learning, as practised in our schools and colleges, have failed many of our children. An unnecessarily high proportion of young people are turned off the excitement of learning and fail to achieve the success that they deserve. Not only is this a huge waste of a national resource but it is a serious challenge to those managers and trainers who must devise suitable learning models to attract and interest those same children in their later lives at work. |
